Autumn is here!

Just a few days ago looking for new recipes for my sourdough starter I found in this blog a rather sweet one.

We are very fond of sweets of all sorts, Many times is difficult for me to find recipes that go with our "sweet tooth" but Brydie a wonderful blogger that I follow.......amazing pics, well written posts etc.....had one for my taste!

This Coconut Loaf is a must!.

Here it goes, for an autumn and windy afternoon tea.

COCONUT LOAF

175 grs  starter

1 1/2 cups flour 000

1/2  dessicated coconut

200/250 ml water

2 tbs honey

3/4 tps salt

What I did was, mixed, fermented, two or three folds in 2 hours. Final prove in tin for another 30 minutes.
Baked at 250ºC for about 15 minutes and then down to 180ºC just like Brydie instructions.
It´s easy, it rises fast and it´s delicious !!

These ingredients are for only one small loaf, but it´s enough!!

Enjoy it!!

Have a nice Sunday!
