At the office, work is makig me crazy, so at home... cooking is just like therapy.
Hoy, armé una espectacular lasagna con lo que tenía en el freezer: relleno de empanadas, queso, calabaza y una rápida salsa blanca.
Today I prepared "lasagna" with the ingredients I had at hand... mince meat, cheese, pumpkin and bechamel sauce cover with grated cheese. Voile!! into the oven!!!!

But nothing is totally complete without a dessert so bread pudding it was. In the oven too.
Pero no estaría completo sin postre, así que un budín de pan ya está en el horno.
