I've seen pallets of eggs like that at the markets but have never thought that I'd be able to use them all before they turn bad - what are you going to make with them?!
ResponderEliminarI give them to the recycling man??' I don´t know if it´s the correct name....here in Argentina we call them " cartoneros" ... these people take papers, glass and plastic from the garbage and sell those items. It´s their way of having an income.

ResponderEliminarAbout the eggs....we use them for muffins; cakes; "tortillas"; quiches; etc etc
I cook from scratch and eggs are a frequent ingredient in my dishes!!!

ResponderEliminarYour produce looks delicious (we won't have radishes until next Spring) and your fresh eggs made me hungry for breakfast or a salad with poached egg. Also, your measuring cup is a handy size -- I have a 2 cup and 8 cup -- 4 cups looks ideal. That is the cutest Parmesan grater, too!
