In my kitchen November / En mi cocina.....

Aquí en Argentina... a horitas de Noviembre, así que me adelanto un poquito y hago el post de "In my kitchen" del mes.

Here in Argentina isn´t November yet, but I work in advance and I post my "In my kitchen" post.
A wonderful idea of Celia from http://figjamandlimecordial.com/2013/11/01/in-my-kitchen-november-2013/.

Una magnífica idea de Celia desde su  blog http://figjamandlimecordial.com/2013/11/01/in-my-kitchen-november-2013/.

Today in my kitchen, all sort of veggies.

Fresh from the greengrocer

Toda clase de vegetales, recién traídos de la verdulería.

Fresh eggs

My new measuring cup
Mi nueva jarra medidora.

Parmesan cheese ready to be grated.
Queso listo para ser rallado.

Now, I´m ready to cook!
Parmesan cheese

Sólo me resta poner manos a la obra y...cocinar.

  1. G'day! There is always something exciting about seeing fresh ingredients and what one can create with them; thank you for this month's kitchen view too!
I have the same measuring cup and my mum (now passed) in the States had it...so always reminds me of her too!
    Cheers! Joanne

  4. I've seen pallets of eggs like that at the markets but have never thought that I'd be able to use them all before they turn bad - what are you going to make with them?!

    1. I give them to the recycling man??' I don´t know if it´s the correct name....here in Argentina we call them " cartoneros" ... these people take papers, glass and plastic from the garbage and sell those items. It´s their way of having an income.
Sorry if you don´t understand... my english fails at some points!!!!!

  8. Your produce looks delicious (we won't have radishes until next Spring) and your fresh eggs made me hungry for breakfast or a salad with poached egg. Also, your measuring cup is a handy size -- I have a 2 cup and 8 cup -- 4 cups looks ideal. That is the cutest Parmesan grater, too!
